This will be the fourth time St. Modwen has hosted the St. Modwen Charity Run for LandAid, with previous events in 2017, 2018 and 2019 raising a total of £150,000.
Run, walk, or jog 5K or 10K from Longbridge Town Centre on Thursday 6 October 2022, to help end youth homelessness in the UK.
Dubbed as the Midlands Toughest 10K, this year will see up to 500 runners take to the streets of Longbridge and Cofton Park on Thursday 6 October.
There will also be a runners' village at Herbert’s Yard where runners and spectators can soak up the atmosphere of the event and grab a bite to eat.
100% of the entry fee will be directed to LandAid. In addition, all runners will be encouraged to gain sponsorship which again will go directly to LandAid. The money raised will be used to support local charity St Basil's, to help fund the development of the Live And Work Village - phase 2, in Birmingham.

“St. Modwen is proud of our partnership with LandAid; it’s an honour we are able to host and sponsor this years’ Midlands run for the charity and we look forward to welcoming many leading organisations to our home in Longbridge. The work that LandAid does to support young people locally strongly aligns with our responsible business ambitions.” Sarwjit Sambhi, CEO, St. Modwen
