I'm taking part in QuaranTEN by running 10k!!

I am taking part in QuaranTEN to raise money to help support young people who are homeless.

The Covid-19 crisis has had an immense effect on all of us, on our daily lives, our businesses, our sense of security. The impact of the pandemic can be felt even more acutely by the young people. Shelters are facing new unprecedented difficulties, and many young people who don’t have a home are faced with an all too real threat of rough sleeping.

LandAid bring the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

The final 5 miles done!!

Monday 13th Jul
Hi all,
I completed the final 5 miles on Sunday and that is my 10 miles done.
I actually signed up for 10k - but as I was running I didn't realise that my FitBit was set to miles and ended up doing 16.7K's overall across two days, so not bad for a very unfit Irishman!!

Thursday 9th July - really great to be out this morning.  Feeling good and did the 5k so I kept going to get to 5 miles.... yayy!  So that's the first instalment ....
