The LandAid SleepOut does not replicate homelessness. It simply offers a small glimpse into some of the challenges young people might face – to help us all understand and support them better.

Our most popular event is back for 2026, with another brand new location.

Last year, over 1,200 people from the property industry raised an impressive £600,000 for youth homelessness. Next year, during our 40th anniversary year, with your help, we can go even bigger!

The LandAid SleepOut is our flagship fundraising event bringing together hundreds of property professionals across multiple UK locations. For one night, participants give up their beds to sleep outdoors in safe but cold conditions – a small glimpse of what many young people experience every night. Together, we'll raise vital funds and awareness to help end youth homelessness.

What to Expect:
