Thousands of young people in the UK find themselves homeless.

Over the last five years, the numbers of young people rough sleeping in the UK has steadily risen and the problem has been further exacerbated since the start of the pandemic.

It’s a problem that LandAid are here to tackle.

We bring the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future. Through a unique network of corporate partners, we invest funding and expertise where we can achieve lasting impact.

About us

In the UK, every 4 minutes a young person becomes homeless. Last year alone this equated to nearly 136,000 16-25 year olds.

For over 30 years we’ve brought remarkable businesses and individuals from across the property industry together to achieve lasting change and strive towards ending youth homelessness. We help provide homes, jobs and skills to thousands of young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, building their foundations to grow.

Our goal is to end youth homelessness. Will you join us?

Hear from young people

At LandAid, we support a diverse group of young people, each with their own unique story. Below, you can hear directly from a few of them as they share their experiences.

Edi's Story

Before the lockdown, Edi had nowhere safe to call home and was sofa surfing, and ended up sleeping in a friend's car...

Harry's Story

After the death of his only supportive relative, Harry fell behind with his bills, accruing significant rent arrears...

Zara's Story

Zara became homeless when she was just 16, when she was preparing to take her GCSEs, fleeing her home with no belongings...

Our Vision:
An end to youth homelessness in the UK.
