1. Event Organisation
The Indurent London to Paris Cycle Challenge 2026 is organised by Indurent Management Ltd (company number 02120839) and delivered by TFA Events Limited (company number 15143659), in support of LandAid (registered charity number 295157; company number 2049135).
All profits raised will be donated to LandAid.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of the event.
By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and understand that you take part in the event at your own risk.
3. Health and Safety
Participation in this event involves significant physical activity and inherent risks.
You confirm that you are medically fit to take part.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating.
You are responsible for ensuring your bike and equipment are safe and suitable for the challenge.
You must follow all instructions given by event organisers, guides, support crew and medical personnel at all times.
If medical treatment is required during the event, every reasonable effort will be made to contact your emergency contact. In an emergency where this is not possible, you authorise the organisers to consent on your behalf to necessary medical treatment.
Event organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose health, behaviour or safety may place themselves or others at risk.
4. Personal Responsibility
By taking part, you acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk, that cycling over long distances carries inherent dangers, and that you accept full responsibility for your participation.

Neither LandAid, Indurent Management Ltd, nor TFA Events Limited (including their employees, contractors or volunteers) shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
5. Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of £250 is required to secure your place.
This fee will count towards your overall fundraising target.
6. Fundraising Commitment
By registering, you commit to raising a minimum of £2,000 in connection with your participation.
This total includes:

Participants are encouraged to begin fundraising as soon as they register.
7. Fundraising Deadline and Shortfall
All fundraising must be completed by Sunday 31 May 2026.
If you do not reach the minimum fundraising target of £2,000 by this date, you agree to pay the outstanding balance yourself.
Entry fees and Gift Aid do not count towards the fundraising target.
8. Fundraising Conduct
All fundraising activities must comply with the Fundraising Regulator Code of Fundraising Practice, be lawful, responsible and transparent, and clearly state that funds are being raised for LandAid.
You must obtain any necessary licences, permissions or insurance and must not conduct raffles, lotteries or prize draws without appropriate licences and prior written approval.
You must not present yourself as an employee or agent of LandAid.
9. Sponsorship and Donations
All funds raised are donations made to LandAid.

If you withdraw from or do not take part in the event, sponsors may request a refund of their donation. If no refund is requested, all funds raised will be retained by LandAid and used to support its charitable work.
You are encouraged to inform your sponsors if your participation status changes.
Any refunded donations will be returned in full, and any associated Gift Aid will be adjusted accordingly.
10. Payments to LandAid
All funds raised must be paid to LandAid promptly and no later than one month after the fundraising deadline, unless otherwise agreed.
LandAid will provide guidance on payment methods.
11. Event Changes and Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to amend the event format, route, schedule or logistics where necessary, and to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, safety concerns or regulatory restrictions.

If the event is cancelled, participants will be notified in writing. Registration fees remain non-refundable.
12. Withdrawal and Transfers
If you are no longer able to take part, you must notify the organisers as soon as possible. Your place may be transferable at the organisers’ discretion.

13. Insurance
You are responsible for arranging any personal insurance required to participate, including travel insurance, medical cover and personal accident cover.
This event is not insured by LandAid.
14. Reputation and Conduct
You agree not to do anything that may bring LandAid into disrepute and must not use LandAid’s name or logo without prior written permission.
LandAid reserves the right to withdraw your participation if your conduct risks damaging its reputation.
15. Photography and Filming
Photographs and video footage may be taken during the event.
By participating, you agree that these may be used by LandAid, Indurent Management Ltd and TFA Events Limited for marketing and communications purposes.
You confirm that anyone you include in your own content has given appropriate consent.
16. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with LandAid’s Privacy Policy.
You agree that your personal data may be shared between LandAid, Indurent Management Ltd and TFA Events Limited for the purpose of administering your participation in the Indurent London to Paris Cycle Challenge 2026, including event logistics, communications, safety management and fundraising administration.
All parties will process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their respective privacy policies.
17. General Liability
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your participation and fundraising activity. LandAid accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage or costs arising from your involvement, except where required by law.
18. Agreement
By registering for the Indurent London to Paris Cycle Challenge 2026, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, understand that you take part at your own risk, and have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Participants are encouraged to retain a copy of these terms for their records.
