This is the sixth edition of our annual St. Modwen Charity Run for LandAid, with previous events raising more than £250,000.

100% of your entry fee and fundraising efforts will be directed to LandAid

LandAid's mission is to end youth homelessness in the UK. They provide monetary grants and broker pro bono advice to support hundreds of charities each year to work towards our collective mission.

The St Modwen Annual Charity Run 2024 will help raise funds to support charities like the Newark Emmaus Trust, a frontline youth homelessness charity in the region. Funds contribute towards projects such as the purchase and renovation of new property, creating new move-on accommodation units for young people aged 16-25 experiencing homelessness. With dedicated support workers, programmes and workshops in place, the Newark Emmaus Trust prepare young people for independence beyond supported accommodation when they are ready.

Please ensure you add events@landaid.org and landaidcharityrun@stmodwen.co.uk to your safe senders list to receive important updates about the St. Modwen Charity Run for LandAid.

“The St. Modwen Charity Run for LandAid has become a popular fixture in the property industry calendar and we are honoured to be returning for our sixth year. To have raised more than £250,000 over the years is a phenomenal effort and it is humbling to see how these funds have impacted the lives of young people across the West Midlands and beyond. We are also excited to show this year’s competitors around our newly-opened West Works site in Longbridge, where a rejuvenated river corridor and over 2.5km of cycle and footpaths will create a dynamic link between the community, Longbridge Town Centre and beyond
