Participant Agreement

Before registering, please confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

Event date: Thursday 11 June 2026

Your commitment

By registering, you agree that:

You are medically fit to take part and understand that participation involves physical activity and inherent risks.
You will follow instructions from event staff and volunteers to help keep everyone safe.
If you are under 16, you will be supervised by an adult during the event. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You commit to raising a minimum of £100 for LandAid as part of taking part in the event.
All sponsorship funds must be paid to LandAid by 11 August 2026.
If the £100 fundraising target is not reached by this date, LandAid have the right to follow up on your progress, during business hours.

Event arrangements

LandAid and Innovation Sports Ltd may amend, postpone or cancel the event if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Photos and video footage may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.
Your information will be processed in line with the LandAid Privacy Policy and shared with Innovation Sports Ltd for event delivery.
