On Thursday 7 March, we are taking part in the LandAid SleepOut to raise money to help support young people who are homeless.

In 2022/2023, nearly 136,000 young people approached their council as they were homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

The cost of living crisis has had an immense effect on all of us. This has been felt even more acutely by young people facing homelessness. Reports from the charities that LandAid support have mentioned that they're facing not only a homelessness crisis, but a mental health one too.

Young people facing homelessness need our support more than ever.

LandAid bring the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

Your donation will help ensure that young people are brought in from the cold this winter.

We're fundraising for positive change in our communities

At PJA, we believe in the power of collective efforts to bring about positive change in our communities. That's why we are thrilled to be participating in LandAid's SleepOut.

Homelessness is an issue that affects individuals and families across the globe, and the property industry, with its unique position in shaping communities, plays a significant role in addressing this challenge. LandAid, a leading charity in the UK property sector, work tirelessly to bring about lasting change in the lives of young people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home.

As a company deeply rooted in the property industry, we understand the responsibility we carry in contributing to the welfare of our communities. By joining LandAid's SleepOut, we are taking an active step towards creating a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate.

PJA are pleased to be partaking in a influential event that goes beyond fundraising. Through our support, we aim to not only raise funds, but also to foster empathy, understanding, and a shared commitment to creating lasting solutions.
