The LandAid Trek will be hosted in the stunning surroundings of the 4-star The View Hotel.
On Thursday, our welcome dinner will be held at the hotel. On Friday morning, participants will enjoy a nutritious breakfast and collect packed lunches before boarding coaches to the trek's starting point.
After the trek, all participants will return to the hotel to freshen up before heading to the Bohemian for a celebratory dinner to cap off the day's adventures.
Participants can enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out at 12pm on Saturday.

The View hotel boasts a gym equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. The gym is open 24 hours, exclusively for overnight guests.

Enjoy the Artisan Restaurant for some delicious dining with panoramic views across Eastbourne's seafront. Guests can also enjoy the Vista Bar Café, be it a light lunch, coffee or afternoon tea.

How to get there
There are several options for getting to The View Hotel. Eastbourne Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away, and bus stops are located directly outside the hotel. The hotel can be accessed via the A27; however, please note that there is no on-site parking. On-street parking permits can be purchased from reception.

Accommodation specific terms stated below:
- I must pay a deposit to secure my place in the challenge. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances. LandAid will always endeavour to transfer the funds should extraordinary circumstances arise.
- I understand that if I fail to make the final balance payment of the trek payment plan by 1st July 2026, my place will be at risk of cancellation.
- I agree to inform LandAid immediately if anything occurs that may affect my participation. I understand that my place may be transferred to another participant up to one week before the event (by 1 September 2026), provided no changes to the number or type of rooms are required. After this date, places are non-transferable, and the full balance remains payable, as LandAid cannot absorb the resulting loss of income.
- I understand that if I withdraw, it is my responsibility to arrange a replacement for my participation, as LandAid will not handle this on my behalf.
- I understand that if I withdraw from the challenge and cannot fill my spot, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 8 weeks before departure (before 23rd July 2026): the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 8 weeks of departure (on or after 23rd July 2026): no refund will be provided and the full balance will remain payable.
