Please help me reach my £-32.61 target

On Thursday 27 February 2025, I am taking part in the LandAid SleepOut to raise money to help support young people who don't have a place to call home.

In 2022/2023, nearly 136,000 young people approached their council as they were homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

The cost of living crisis has had an immense effect on all of us. This has been felt even more acutely by young people facing homelessness. Reports from the charities that LandAid support have mentioned that they're facing not only a homelessness crisis, but a mental health one too.

Young people facing homelessness need our support more than ever.

LandAid bring the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

Your donation will help bring young people in from the cold this winter.

First time for everything.

Saturday 8th Feb
Hello everyone! My name is Chris and currently serving as Deputy Manager with Pegasi Property Management at our Flagship building in Mayfair. 

On February the 27th I will be embarking on a new venture in the hope to make a positive difference.

If there's one thing i've learned, it's appreciating the smallest things in life that we tend to overlook on a daily basis which is very easy to do in this fast paced modern age. Things such as going to the fridge knowing there's always a fresh bottle of milk or even just having fresh bed sheets each week.

For some, they have neither. And so, Land Aid gives me this opportunity to help those in need. I too know what it's like to have been at rock bottom, so now it's time to give back.
