I'm taking part in the LandAid SleepOut 2025

On Thursday, 27 February 2025, I will be giving up my bed for the night to take part in the LandAid SleepOut— to raise funds for young people who don’t have a safe place to call home.

It’s easy to take the basics for granted—a roof over our heads, a warm meal every day and a loving family. But for thousands of young people in the UK, these aren’t guarantees. In 2022/2023, nearly 136,000 young people approached their councils because they were homeless or at risk of becoming so. And with the cost of living crisis making life even harder, that number is  growing.

I can’t begin to imagine how it feels to face homelessness at such a young age. But what I can do and what you can  do is help. LandAid brings the property industry together to support charities that provide lifesaving accommodation and vital services to young people in need.

One uncomfortable night outside is nothing compared to what these young people go through every day. But with your support, we can help change lives.
